On January 9, the city of Wuhai issued a cold wave blue alert, accompanied by significant sandstorm. In the face of it, Wuhai Yinghuan responded swiftly, activating its emergency weather plan without delay. The company implemented comprehensive environmental safeguards during and after the sandstorm, standing as a defense line against the dust to provide residents with a clean, comfortable, and safe travel environment.
High?standard Mechanized Operations
Wuhai Yinghuan leveraged the broad coverage and high efficiency of mechanized operations, strategically deploying equipment and increasing both intensity and frequency of cleaning. A total of five sweepers were deployed to perform thorough cleaning of main and secondary roads, key areas, and back alleys, significantly enhancing road cleanliness and effectively reducing residual dust.

High?quality Refined Cleaning
In addition to mechanized operations, Wuhai Yinghuan stepped up manual cleaning efforts, coordinating personnel to promptly clear branches, debris, and litter from road surfaces and tree pits, ensuring visible waste was removed as it appeared. Focused efforts were made on back alleys, sidewalks, curbs, parks, plazas, and guardrails, where meticulous manual cleaning was carried out to minimize waste retention time. Meanwhile, the frequency of emptying and wiping trash bins was increased to keep road facilities clean and well?maintained.
To address issues such as scattered branches and wind?blown litter caused by the sandstorm, sanitation workers promptly gathered and disposed of fallen branches and debris, increasing patrols and clearance efforts to ensure rapid resolution. Trash bin lids were kept securely closed to prevent waste from being blown away and causing further pollution. Collection fleet worked closely with cleaning staff to ensure waste was removed as it accumulated, avoiding any buildup and preserving the city's overall cleanliness.
